Regulations of the 4 Elements tourist center in Stara Morawa
- Each reservation requires confirmation.
- The hotel day starts on the day of arrival at 15.00 and ends on the day of departure at 11.00.
- Upon arrival at the center, you must show a valid identity document (ID card) and present it to the center's administrator in order to complete formalities related to your stay at the center.
- To use the services at the resort, you must make a prior reservation with an advance payment to confirm it, in accordance with the agreed reservation conditions, and settle the difference between the advance payment and the stay on the date agreed with the person making the reservation.
- Any defects occurring during the use of yurts should be reported to the resort staff on an ongoing basis.
- Guests are fully responsible for damaged yurt equipment.
- Damage resulting from improper use of rented rooms caused by the fault of the facility's users is settled on-site, i.e. during the stay, according to the amounts established by the facility's staff, which are sufficient to cover operating costs, repair of damage or purchase of lost items. When making a reservation, the buyer undertakes to cover the total price of the stay plus a refundable deposit of PLN 600. This amount constitutes security against any damage caused by guests during their stay. The resort undertakes to return the deposit within 7 working days to the bank account number of the person booking the reservation, in the part not used to cover any damage to the house and its equipment occurring during the stay. If the deposit does not compensate for the damage, the user of the facility undertakes to cover the full cost of its removal.
- The resort is not responsible for valuables and cash left in the rooms if the doors or windows of the yurts are left open during the guests' absence. The center is not responsible for the safety of children or minors staying at the center. The playground is only for children under adult supervision.
- It is prohibited to disturb the peace in the facility, e.g. by performing or playing loud music without the consent of the owner of the facility, as well as any other behavior that disturbs the peaceful stay of other guests, as well as behavior generally considered indecent.
- To be able to stay at the resort with a dog, please report this fact when booking.
- Entry and parking is allowed only in the place designated for this purpose and indicated by the resort staff. The parking lot is unguarded, and the center is not responsible for vehicles parked on its premises and is not responsible for any damage caused by third parties or forces majeure (e.g. wind, storm, water, fire, electricity, etc.).
- Parking lot is free only for resort clients during their stay.
- The center is not responsible for any interruptions in the supply of electricity, water, etc.
- It is prohibited to: use your own electrical appliances and gas cylinders in the rooms, light a fire outside the designated areas and use pyrotechnics, firecrackers, etc.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the yurts.
- The price of the stay includes the local fee, which is transferred to the Commune's account.
- Any damage caused by animals is borne by the Tenant. The owner is obliged to clean up any dirt left by the dog on the premises of the Center.
- In the event of the arrival of more people than declared during the reservation, the Center reserves the right to obtain additional fees from the Customer or withdraw from the contract.
- Garbage must be segregated on the premises according to the instructions found next to the containers.
- Until After 8 p.m., no outsiders are allowed on the premises without the staff's consent. If the Guest obtains such consent, the stay of outsiders is possible until 9:00 p.m.
- The price includes tax. The condition for issuing a VAT invoice to the company is to provide the Tax Identification Number at the time of booking. Otherwise, it will not be possible to issue a VAT invoice to the company.
- The grill may only be lit in the designated area. Barbecuing is strictly prohibited on terraces.
- Each time you leave the cottages, please check whether the doors and windows are closed.
In case of violation of the Regulations, guests will be immediately checked out of the facility. In such a situation, guests are not entitled to request a refund for the unused accommodation.
Payment and complaint regulations
- The advance payment is equivalent to the fact that the Guest accepts the resort's regulations.
- Payments will be made to the account:

- reservation number
- dates of the booked stay
- name of the ordering person
- Confirmation of the reservation takes up to 3 business days after the payment is credited to the account provided in point 2.
- Two forms of payment are possible: transfer to the account specified in point 2 and payment via an intermediary PayU (PayU S.A.).
- In the case of payment by transfer, an advance payment of at least 20% of the order value is required, made within 3 business days of making the reservation).
- In the case of payment via the PayU operator, the ordering party pays the entire amount due for the order in advance.
- If the required payment (confirming the reservation) is not made within three business days of making the reservation, it is automatically canceled.
- The rest of the fee must be paid at the latest upon check-in, but it can also be done before arrival - which we recommend as it will speed up check-in.
- Cancellation of the reservation is possible no later than 2 days before the start of the stay at the resort.
- Reservation cancellation is made by e-mail to the following address: info@4zywioly.art.
- Cancellation processing may take up to 7 business days.
- In case of cancellation reported up to 2 days before the start date of the stay at the resort, the full amount paid will be refunded to the person ordering it.
- In the event of a complaint, an e-mail with the notification and reasons should be sent to info@4zywioly.art, with the reservation number and "COMPLAINT" in the subject.
- Feedback regarding the complaint will be sent to the customer within 5 business days of reporting.
- If the complaint is accepted, the money will be returned to the account from which the payment was made within 7 business days.

Gift voucher regulations

- A maximum of one voucher is eligible for one booking.
- To redeem the voucher, select a convenient date of your stay from the calendar and, before proceeding to payment, enter the code on the voucher on the website
- Depending on the voucher variant, the code may be: 10 digits (in the case of the printed version) or 12 digits (in the case of the digital version only).
- If the voucher is purchased in a printed version, it will be sent by post and also by e-mail. If in a digital version - it will only be sent by e-mail, to the e-mail address provided when ordering.
- If you lose your paper voucher, you can use the code in the email (it's the same code). If you have any problems accessing your email, please contact us.
- If the owner of the voucher used it to book a stay, but the accommodation was canceled on time (in accordance with the above-mentioned rules), he will be able to use the voucher again.
- If the accommodation takes place in accordance with the reservation, the voucher cannot be used again.

- The voucher is valid for an indefinite period and can be used at any time in the future.
- The voucher is non-refundable.
